What is your turnaround time for refurbishing?

Orders under 100 pieces can be refurbished in 3 business days. Due to volume and supplies, it may occasionally take us longer to handle orders. You will be notified if there is a delay with your order.

What is your warranty policy?

Please visit our Warranty and Returns page for more information regarding our policies regarding warranty and returns. We offer a conditional 30-day warranty for refurbishing orders.

Do your screens have issues with lifting/separating after installation?

No, our screens are guaranteed to be free from frame and/or separation issues. This is one of the most common issues with screens that have been installed using weak bonding adhesives.

What refurbishing method do you use, OCA or LOCA?

Our factory provides factory-grade OCA refurbishing.

When am I charged?

Your credit card will be authorized only after checkout. We will not charge you until we have received your screens and have started refurbishing. It will be the same process if you choose to pay via PayPal. This will help reduce refunds for screens that we cannot refurbish. Occasionally there will be issues with authorization if the transaction is closed by the issuing bank of the customer. At this point, we will contact you if billing information is needed again.
