Warranty and Returns

WARRANTY POLICY

In the event that item(s) in your order are defective or damaged, Fossil Tech extends a conditional 90-day warranty on all orders. All Fossil Tech products are guaranteed to be free from defects for ninety days after the date of purchase, subject to the conditions listed below.

Fossil Tech must receive any/all parts for which the customer is requesting warranty before a store credit or replacement part will be issued. Return items can be sent to our shipping department at:

PARTS/DAMAGES THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Physical damage
Damaged LCD’S
Torn ribbons
Cracked glass
Water damage
Damages due to improper installation or removal
Parts missing our warranty seal
Expired warranty date
Parts that are not ours

DISCLAIMER

Fossil Tech is not responsible for item(s) damaged by the recipient due to improper installation or handling of the item(s). Fossil Tech reserves the right to void warranty if deemed appropriate. In the event that the part(s) are defective, Fossil Tech will determine to either replace the part or issue a store credit to the customer. Fossil Tech is not liable for lost packages. We do not guarantee full reimbursement for any lost item(s).

DISCREPANCIES

For any order discrepancies and/or shipping damage, customers must contact Fossil Tech within three days days from the date that the order is received.

RETURN POLICY

Once we receive and examine the item(s), we will either issue you a store credit or provide a replacement. All reimbursements will be issued to the customer as a store credit.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition or the warranty will be deemed void. Store credits/coupons will be issued to the customer within seven business days of receiving the item. Returns without an order number/receipt of purchase cannot be processed. Fossil Tech is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
